SUBMISSION

Abstracts:

Please follow the instructions.

  • 250 words maximum (font: Times New Roman, size: 12, single spacing)
  • In English
  • Title (in bold)
  • Authors (speaker in bold)
  • Author addresses

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee that will select for oral or poster presentations (notification will be sent by email mid April 2022).

Oral presentation:

While the oral presentation can mainly be given in Spanish, the speaker may choose to present in English. The presentation time is 20 minutes (15 min presentation and 5 min questions). Slides and posters must be in English.

Posters:

Maximum size:

  • width: 1.00 m
  • height: 1.20 m

All posters must be in English. They will be available for viewing throughout the symposium.

FORMULARIO DE PRESENTACIÓN

RENAVIPLANT will be offering a number of registration fee waivers to Student Attendees who are planning to give an oral presentation.

If you are applying for this waiver, submit your abstract, including a short explanation to determine eligibility, and do not register for the meeting until you have received notification.
